Cancellation Policy
There is no guarantee for food delivery at a particular time period. If a customer cancels the order or does not accept the order due to a delay in food delivery, no refund will be processed by us.
Due to unforeseen situations, bad weather, etc., if we cannot deliver the food to your address, you will not be charged for the order.
If you choose to cancel your order, you must notify within the Home chef’s order time period. In such a case, no cancellation fees shall apply. If the cancellation is done post Chef’s order taking time, your order may not be cancelled with no refund.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We will deliver you meal according to your meal plan. Lunch timings will be 12 PM to 2 PM and Dinner timings will be 7 PM to 9 PM. We will deliver meals between these time slots.
